Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if tried on over underwear and if the hygiene sticker is still attached.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@lx3clothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. LX3 is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
